Tonight you and Daddy went to the Annual Tampa Gymnastics and Dance Father Daughter Dance and unfortunately you didn't have such a great time. You have been begging to quit dance for a while now, but since we made the commitment to another session, we must fulfill the our end of the deal. Once you complete your recital in June, we will no longer attend dance and probably find a gymnasium close to home. Therefore, this will probably be the last time you attend this function since you won't be a member of the facility any more. In any case, Daddy texted me about an hour into the dance saying that you were glued to his neck and all you wanted him to do was carry you. So I said, then why don't you come home and we can have a slumber party, popcorn, movie and all and apparently that made your night with a smile from ear to ear. Goes to show you, its the simple things in life that make people happy.
